Bag Care & Cleaning
To preserve the quality, shape, and beauty of your bag over time, please handle it with care and follow the instructions below.
General Care
To prolong the life of your bag, avoid prolonged exposure to direct light, heat, humidity, and moisture.
Keep the bag away from water, greasy substances, oils, perfumes, cosmetics, alcohol-based products, detergents, and harsh chemicals, as these may cause stains, discoloration, or damage to the material.
Take extra care when wearing dark or newly dyed clothing, as color may bleed or transfer onto the bag.
If your bag gets wet or comes into contact with any of the above substances, gently dab it with a soft, dry, absorbent cloth and allow it to air dry naturally. Do not use direct heat.
Do not overfill or overload your bag, as this may affect its shape. Avoid carrying very heavy, sharp, or pointed items that could damage the material or interior.
Cleaning Instructions
Simple care habits can help preserve the quality and appearance of your bag over time. For light surface cleaning, gently wipe the item with a dry cotton cloth or use a soft brush, depending on the characteristics of the material.
Do not submerge your bag in water and do not wash it in a washing machine. Avoid aggressive rubbing, scrubbing, or applying pressure to one area, as this may damage the material.
Due to the nature of the materials, specialist cleaning is recommended for leather, fabric/leather, suede/leather, sheepskin, and fabric bags. For stains, dirt, color transfer, or deep cleaning, please consult a professional bag-cleaning service or a leather-care specialist.
Avoid using household detergents, chemical cleaners, alcohol-based products, or oily substances, as these may cause stains, discoloration, dryness, or stiffness.

Leather & Delicate Materials
Leather is a unique, natural, and porous material. It may react to moisture, oils, heat, chemicals, and prolonged sunlight.
Avoid direct contact with liquids, oily products, perfumes, cosmetics, detergents, cleaners, and alcohol-based substances, as these may damage or alter the appearance of leather, suede, fabric, or mixed-material items.
Storage
When not in use, store your bag in the protective dust bag provided to keep it dust-free and protected.
Store it in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, and moisture.
Avoid plastic bags or other non-breathable covers for extended periods of storage.
