A. DOMESTIC ORDERS/SHIPPING

| Packages weighing up to 5 kg | 5,00 euros |
| Packages weighing up to 10 kg | 7,00 euros |
| Packages weighing more than 10,01 kg | For packages weighing more than 10 kg, customers may choose to have them delivered by a transfer company or Hellenic Post. |
If the products are available, shipping, via our cooperating courier company, takes 2-3 workdays.
Shipping time may extend to 4-5 workdays for islands or difficult to access regions.
B. ORDERS/SHIPPING ABROAD
Shipping of orders abroad is handled by DHL Logistics. Cost and expenses are calculated in real time by DHL’s information system.

C. Picking up your goods from our offices
If you choose to pick up your goods from our offices, you will be notified to do so by phone or email.
Your goods will be available for 5 workdays, counting from the day of your notification, or more days, if so requested. Failure to pick up your goods will result in your order’s cancelation.
RETURNS
You may return products you have purchased from blueingreenbags.com, if they are damaged upon delivery.
Returns should take place within 15 days from delivery date. You have to attach a copy of your receipt.
