A. DOMESTIC ORDERS/SHIPPING

If the products are available, shipping via our cooperating courier company, takes 2-3 workdays.
Shipping time may extend to 4-5 workdays for islands or difficult to access regions.
B. ORDERS/SHIPPING ABROAD
DHL Logistic handles the shipping of orders abroad. Cost and expenses are calculated in real time by DHL’s information system. All orders above 400 euros are free of charge.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can return your item(s) for a product exchange or refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. This includes items in our seasonal sales or promotions.
Note: Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
Contact our customer services team at info@blueingreenbags.com in order to inform us why you wish to return the item, stating the invoice number and the product’s code to arrange your return.
All items must be in perfect condition and with the original packaging and all tags attached. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are scratched, damaged, or not in their original packaging.
Defective or Wrong Items
In case of a defective item, or receiving a wrong item, Blue in Green – Handcrafted in Greece undertakes the responsibility and covers the return fees and resends the new item without charging extra shipping fees.
For all the other cases the shipping costs are not refunded

REFUNDS
Shipping and handling charges from your original order are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refunds issued when you return one of our products.
Please allow 7 working days for Blue in Green – Handcrafted in Greece to process your return after we receive your product, and an additional 5-7 days for banks to clear the funds in your account.
For order outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes cannot be refunded through Blue in Green – Handcrafted in Greece. However, you may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this option may not be available in all countries, we recommend hiring a customs broker to assist you in reclaiming duties on returned merchandise.
Note: Items must be in the same condition they were received and the invoice or sales receipt must be also included. We recommend inspecting your order carefully upon receipt to ensure there are no defective products or items you did not order.
EXCHANGES
If you exchange a product for an item of a lower value, we will refund the difference via your original payment method.
